Delete Your GoLit Account

Account deletion requests are submitted inside the GoLit mobile app.

To request deletion of your GoLit account:

Open the GoLit app.
Go to Account.
Open Delete Account.
Confirm your password.
Choose a reason and submit the request.
Your request is reviewed and scheduled for deletion within 7 days.

Important: once your request is submitted, your account is marked as Pending Deletion. You can cancel the request from the Account section before the scheduled deletion date.

Some information, such as completed orders, transaction records, and other data required by law, may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
